1. selected the city with the wand
2. used brightness and contrast to brighten up the city to show detail
3. kept the city selected and use dissaturate
4. selected the sky (not including the sunset) and fooled around with the hue/saturation
5. fooled around with curves selecting the sky, sunset and city
6. added more contast to the city
7. brightened the sunset 8. smudged the sunset
9. cloned a few of the street lamps
10. brightened and contrasted some of the street lights
11. blurred some of the street lights
